02 Cze Coconut flour gluten-free banana bread with peanut butter, dates and walnuts
This recipe is a total must-have for real banana-maniacs. If you have spare overripe bananas, which are very black and ugly, don’t throw tchem out! They will be perfect for this recipe. Believe me, this is not ordinary sweet bread. It’s something magical, delicious which melts in your mouth. Not to mention the beautiful smell spreading throughout the whole kitchen! This bread is addictive, one slice is certainly not enough, at least I do not have such strong will. But there is no reason to limit yourself. All the ingredients are super-healthy and full of nutrition. Enjoy!

If you follow me recently you probably know that I am currently testing a vegan diet. I came up with this recipe and made it some time ago, well before my vegan experiments. If you want this recipe to be vegan, substitute egg with “flax egg” or “chia eggs” 🙂 Besides, if you’re celiac, make you sure your oatmeal does not contain gluten.
