INGREDIENTS
pizza crust
200g shredded carrots
3 eggs
25g ground flax seeds (3 tablespoons)
⅓ teaspoon of each: dried garlic, chilli, basil and oregano
salt for taste
tomato sauce
50g tomato concantrate
50g BIO ketchup
1 carlic clove
1 small red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon of each: basil and oregano
toppings
1 tomato
1 mozarella
oregano and basil for sprinkling

DIRECTIONS

Carefully whisk the eggs and add to them carrots, ground flax seeds and spices. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes. Then pour the mixture on the flat baking surface lined with baking paper. Bake in oven heated to 200C for about 15 minutes, or until the bottom has set and won’t be liquid any more. When baked, remove from the oven.
sauce and toppings
Chopp onions and garlic and fry with a tablespoon of oil until softened. Then add the concentrate and ketchup and blend until smooth. Add spices, stir and spread the sauce on the previously baked pizza. Then lay off your favorite toppings. In my case: sliced mozzarella and tomatoes. Sprinkle the top with oregano and basil and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the pizza is hot and cheese is melted.
