  • 35g rolled oats
  • 35g chia seeds
  • 100g almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 big handfull of spinach
  • favorite toppings for decoration
Wykonanie
Instructions
  1. The day before cut banana into thin slices and put in the freezer. Also one day before pour water over oats and soak overnight. Next day dain the water from oats, add to the chia seeds, almond milk and frozen banana. Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth. Serve with favorite fruits, nuts and seeds.
