Spelt buns with sun-dried tomatoes - healthy wholemeal baking

Składniki
  • 400g spelt flour
  • 7g dry instant yeast
  • 200ml warm water
  • 70g dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
  • 60g oil from tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ½ seaspoon of salt
Wykonanie
  1. Sift flour and mix carefully with yeast. Add warm water and all remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover with clean kitchen towel and set aside in warm place for 1 hour to raise. After this time mix the dough quickly and form buns. Set aside for 15 minutes to raise a bit and then bake in oven keated up to 200C for 15 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 190C and bake for next 20 minutes. And your buns are ready!
