Rinse thoroughly millet groats in water and then pour 1 liter of water to it. Bring to a boil and simmer without a lid until it is completely overcooked and sticky, it will take about 20 minutes (or at least you should not boil less than 20 minutes, even if you think it is already overcooked. This is important!). NOTE not to burn the pot! Groats will be very sticky so thay will stick to the bottom of the pot - it's inevitable. However, do not add water, millet should absorb all the previously added liquid. When it's already overcooked, place it in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients: sugar, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract and coconut oil. Blend all the ingredients into a smooth, uniform, very thick and sticky mass. The smoother the better. Then grease with coconut oil the bottom of the pan with a diameter of 20cm and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Pour mass on such prepared pan and carefully smooth out.
CHOCOLATE GANAGE
All the ingredients for the topping place in a small pot, warm up and dissolve thoroughly. Stir vigorously to combine all ingredients. Yet the glaze is warm and smooth, pour onto millet in a pan. When cooled down a bit, set aside to firm up and then place in the refrigerator overnight to thicken. Done :)
