When I was watching videos of American lifestyle vloggers, I noticed that smoothie bowls are now very popular. Usually they are promoted as a great breakfast alternative to porridge. They look beautiful and appetizing, they just make you want to eat. Therefore, I would recommend smoothie bowls for poor eaters and kids. Smoothie bowls are full of vitamins and minerals – a lot of goodness! Smoothie bowl will provide you everything you need to start a good day, also you need only few minutes to prepare it.


Smoothie bowl is a refreshing bowl full of health. Just blend all the ingredients and it’s ready. In addition, my smoothe bowl tastes like exactly like normal fruity yoghurts, but it doesn’t contain refined sugars and lactose. It’s also a great alternative for people suffering from lactose intolerance.

- 35g rolled oats
- 35g chia seeds
- 100g almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 big handfull of spinach
- favorite toppings for decoration
- The day before cut banana into thin slices and put in the freezer. Also one day before pour water over oats and soak overnight. Next day dain the water from oats, add to the chia seeds, almond milk and frozen banana. Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth. Serve with favorite fruits, nuts and seeds.
